Reservations
How can I make a room reservation for an IHG Army Hotel?
Reservations can be made here on www.IHGArmyHotels.com. Reservations can also be made by calling 1-877-711-TEAM. All reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will receive confirmation via email or verbally. Please note that a hotel reservation does not grant you access onto the Army Installation. Arrival
Where do I check-in once I arrive on-post?
Guests should proceed to the designated central hotel building or designated reception kiosk.
Check-in Policies
Do I need to confirm my official or unofficial status at check-in?
Yes, all guests must confirm their official or unofficial status at check-in. This can be done by presenting: government travel card with which payment will be made, a form of official identification, official travel orders, government-issued picture ID or other Cost Reimbursable Contractor (CRC) identification.
Food Service
Is breakfast available at my on-post hotel?
Yes, complimentary, hot breakfast buffet or cold breakfast will be provided to all registered guests (up to two adults per guestroom plus children under 18 years of age) in the great room of each central hotel building. For additional guests (beyond two adults per room) and invitees of registered guests, a charge of $8 per person will be applied. Please check with the hotel front desk for breakfast hours.
Guest Services
Will IHG Army Hotels offer Concierge Service?
Yes, the hotel Concierge Service will be located in the central hotel of each installation. This service is designed to welcome and meet the informational needs of registered guests. Please check with the hotel front desk for Concierge Service hours.
Will the hotel provide on-post shuttle service?
Yes, a regularly scheduled courtesy shuttle service will be provided on most installations seven days a week. In most cases, the shuttle will not be permitted to leave the installation. Please check with the hotel front desk for more information.
Does the hotel provide social activities?
The central hotel on each Installation will host a barbecue social for registered guests on Wednesday evenings.
What equipment is available for check out at the front desk?
A variety of sporting equipment, board games, and DVDs may be available at the hotel front desk for use by registered guests. Please check with the hotel front desk for more information.
Where is the guest laundry located?
Central hotels and select hotels will have free laundry facilities for all registered guests.
What telephone and internet services are available?
Free local telephone calls will be provided in each guest room. Guests will also be given the opportunity to make one, three-minute complimentary long distance phone call from their guest room to anywhere in the continental United States to notify friends and family of their arrival on post. All hotels will feature complimentary high-speed Internet access.
Weapons
Are weapons allowed inside the hotel?
Weapons are prohibited in all hotels. Firearms must be kept in the Provost Marshal’s office or other secure environment designated by the installation. Any weapon discovered in the hotel will be confiscated and turned over to the Provost Marshall for safe keeping.
